Q: Can I afford to hire VIE as my event planner?

A: Yes you absolutely can! Our fees are based on the services you require and our service packages can be customized to meet your budget. We also offer a range of a la carte services to meet your needs.

Q: How do I maintain control of my event if I hire an event planner?

A: Our goal is to make the planning process as stress free as possible! We work on your behalf with vendors to save you time and money! We never make decisions without your approval.

Q: I only need assistance with a few event details, should I hire VIE?

A: Indeed you should! Successful Event and Wedding planning does not happen, unless every detail is planned! Let us ensure you have dotted all your “I”s and crossed all your “T”s. We will provide peace of mind so that you can enjoy your event!

Q: What are your fees and payment policies?

A: Every event is unique and will require custom services. Our fees are based on your needs. Call us to plan a complimentary consult to determine which of our service packages or a la carte services will best meet your needs.

We require a 50% deposit upon signing of a contract. The remaining balance is billed in monthly installments. Final payment for service is due 30 days prior to your event date. All payment terms will be outlined in your contract.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Yes. If you should choose to cancel your event, the date of your cancellation will determine if we are able to offer a partial refund. The complete cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: PayPal, MC/Visa, American Express, Check – Please note a $35.00 processing fee will be accessed for returned checks.
